Learn how YOU can own a home of your own! BNI's homeownership workshop series gets you ready for a successful and affordable homeownership experience. All workshops are open to the public.

 Seating is limited so you must register in advance by calling            518-372-6469.  No cell phones are allowed at workshops.  No children are allowed at workshops.

Beginning October 1st, 2011 there will be a $50 fee for the workshop.  The fee will include the workshop books and the homebuyer education certificate. If you are unable to afford the fee, you can schedule a free one hour consultation with one of our Housing Counselors.
