All BNI homes are sold on a first-come basis to households with a completed application and confirmed eligibility. All sales are contingent upon final board approval and mortgage commitment. Some restrictions and eligibility requirements apply.

2. Meet with BNI's Housing Counselor to prepare for a successful and affordable home purchase. Evidence of your household income will determine eligibility for grant financing available.
3. Make a $500 deposit with a signed purchase contract. The deposit is fully refundable and may be applied towards closing costs.
