Preventing Default and Foreclosure

Facing an adjustable mortgage or unaffordable payment? Behind on your mortgage? At risk of losing your home?

HomeSave, a coalition of nonprofit legal, housing and community groups is hosting free workshops to provide an overview for homeowners on the foreclosure process, the timeline, your options and resources available.

Taught by knowledgeable housing counselors from agencies around the region, the workshop is a pre-requisite for one to one counseling and prevention assistance. No personal information needs to be discussed during the workshop. Foreclosure affects homeowners across all income and education levels. Anyone in need of assistance should attend.
